History & Staff
We have years of experience caring for families, from all walks of life. Each family comes to us because they know we are leaders in our profession, dedicated to excellence in service, and have the highest integrity.
Our History
Hot Springs Funeral Home is locally owned and operated; we are located in the oldest funeral home building in Hot Springs. Originally Gross Funeral Home was located in our building until 1983 when Hot Springs Funeral Home began. With the birth of Hot Springs Funeral Home came a more collective service in the funeral profession to the people of Garland County than any other firm in Hot Springs. It is our sincere intention to offer the ultimate in professional service and continue to nurture and reinforce the relationships we have been privileged to enjoy since our founding. In January 2004, the funeral home was purchased by Ann C. Loy.
