Sprankle- Rhein

Allen Rhein, 63, Cindy Sprankle Rhein, 51, Steven Sprankle,22, and Anthony Sprankle, 21, all of Bismarck went to be with their heavenly Father on Tuesday, May 19, 2015. They will all be missed very much by their family and their many friends. Allen was born on October 13, 1951 in Washington D.C. After retiring from the North Little Rock Fire Department, he was a farmer and co-owner of Rhein-O-Ranch in the Bismarck area. He was a member of the Bismarck United Methodist Church and an active member of the Bismarck Arts and Livestock 4-H Club. He was predeceased by his mother, Hazel Olinger Rhein. Survivors include two step-sons, Payton Sprankle of Illinois and Tykee Sprankle of Bismarck, one step-daughter, Michelle Sprankle of Bismarck, his father, Philip Rhein of Bismarck, one brother, Wally Rhein of Riverview, Florida, two nieces, Kenna L. Glascock of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Kimberly A. Wilks of Catawba, Virginia and one nephew, Philip J. Rhein of Kansas City, Kansas. Cindy Sprankle Rhein, loving wife, daughter, mother and grandmother, was born on July 25, 1963 in LaGrange, Illinois. Cindy was very active in her church, Bismarck United Methodist Church and was a leader in the Bismarck Arts and Livestock 4-H Club and was very active in the Bismarck community. She was the co-owner of Rhein-O-Ranch in Bismarck. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Joseph and Olive Likavec and grandmother, Margaret Sitzenstock, and her first husband, Robert Sprankle. Her survivors include her parents, Joan and Chuck Sitzenstock, one brother, Mark Sitzenstock, two sons, Payton and Tykee Sprankle, one daughter, Michelle Sprankle, three grandchildren, Branden, Montana and Dakota, her aunt and uncle, Ed and Diane Moore, an uncle, Bill Cichocki, an aunt, Ellen Barone, cousins, Kim and Mark Matkovich, Madison and Evan Matkovich and Scott Moore. Steven was born on September 18, 1992 and Anthony was born on February 27, 1994. They both worked for Abilities Unlimited, Inc. in Hot Springs. They both graduated from Bismarck High School, were former active members of the Bismarck Arts and Livestock 4-H Club and were members of the Bismarck United Methodist Church. A Memorial service will be on June 19th, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the auditorium at Bismarck High School with Pastor Lynn MeClure officiating. Memorials have been designated to the memorial fund for the family at the Southern Bancorp Bank Branch in Bismarck.
