William McDowell, 73, of Hot Springs passed away, Sunday, February 4, 2018. He was born April 4, 1944 in Kirby, Arkansas to the late Donald Earl & Willie Buckley McDowell. He served in the United States Army as staff sergeant E-6. Survivors include his son, William Allen McDowell; his daughter, Cindy (Charles) Collins; four grandchildren, Carolyn Ramos, Cassandra Vallejo, Jessica Guttierez and Bufford McDowell; and three great grandchildren.
