Santo “Joc” Zoda, 84, of Hot Springs passed away Thursday May 10, 2018. He was born May 4, 1934 in Angola, New York. Joc retired from the United States Air Force becoming a POW in the Korean Conflict; later he was a jockey in the Thoroughbred Horse Racing Industry; he loved to fish and play pool. Survivors include his daughter, Ty (Greg) Irwin and his Buddies, Jack Irwin, Bobby Kenner, Ronny McElven, James Scott and Edi Edwards.
