Edward E. Harper, 79 of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday December 23, 2015 at his home, he was born August 4, 1936 in Hot Springs to the late Ed and Beulah Whisenant Harper, he was a retired brick layer and Assembly of God faith He was predeceased by his parents, two brothers; Ervin Harper, Lonnie Harper, five sisters; Lois Arman, Bonnie Lowery, Sylvia Parker, Wilma Edgin, Nellie Rowland Survivors include his wife, Shirley Harper; two sons, Doug Harper and Randy (Kay) Harper; one daughter, Janet (Silas) Mattingly; two sisters, Lora Outler and Jean Duncan; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday December 26th at Hot Springs Funeral Home with Reverend Wayne Gore and Reverend Jonathon Kinder officiating Burial will be at Rushfork Cemetery. Pallbearers are Tim Mattingly, Ryan Harper, Justin Harper, David Terry, Jarrod Purifoy and Bryan Faulkner.
