Earl Webb

February 1, 1952 - February 23, 2019

Earl W. Webb, 67, of Royal, Arkansas passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019. He was retired from the Garland County Road department, a United States Navy veteran and was of the Baptist faith. He was predeceased by his parents; Henderson Webb & Ollie Roach Webb Anderson; brothers, Hershel Weston, Henry Bates; sisters, Thelma Michael, Bertha Droke and Deretha Bradshaw. Survivors include his wife, Joy Webb; son; Brian Webb, Jerrad Webb; daughter, Tracy (Jason) Rains; sisters, Linda (Johnny) Angel, Mary Linshaw, Verna Lowery, Jamie Mitchell; brothers, William Webb, Bill Johnson, Robert Anderson, Alvin (Ronda) Anderson and 6 grandchildren. Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at Hot Springs Funeral Home with Brother George Vincent and Brother Mike Smith officiating. Burial will be at Lowe Cemetery with full military honors with VFW Post 2278. Pallbearers are Layden Perkins, Michael Jordan, Herbie Nelson, Lennie Norman, Derrick Flowers, Dakota Thompson, Regie Howard and Joshua Hunter. Honorary Pallbearers are Weldon Phillips, Fred Cox, Delbert Ballard, Rodger (Deleyn) Luker, Garland Co. Road department, Johnny & Lisa Wood, Belinda & Danny Steele, and Galey Gates. Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
