Charlotte Laverne Allen, 77, of Mountain Valley, AR was taken from us on November 24, 2019. She was born in Mountain Valley on February 13, 1942. She passed away on the same land she was born on peacefully in her sleep. Charlotte was a devoted member to Community Baptist Church and to her church family. She is preceded in death by the love of her life Hoyt Allen Sr., parents; Esther and Jarrett H. Ragsdale, brother; Jerry Ragsdale, and granddaughter; Shasta Eastteam. Survivors include her three children, Wayne (Gail) Eastteam, Calvin (Nancy) Eastteam, and Teresa Norman; cherished grandchildren, Meagan Krieger, Carl Ballard, Mary Boyd, Kevin Eastteam, Tessa Eastteam, and Mallory Eastteam; and three dearly loved great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Community Baptist Church. Services will be Saturday at 1:00 PM at Community Baptist Church with burial to follow at Mountain Valley Cemetery with Pastor Lee Davis officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to any breast cancer charities.
