Allan L. Culliver, 87, of Elk City, Oklahoma, formerly of Hot Springs, died Thursday January 27, 2022. Born November 05, 1934, in Hot Springs, to Hardy and Mary Culliver, he attended Church of Christ and was a retired banker; he had participated in the Lion’s Club, Toastmasters and Rotary Club. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara J Culliver, one brother, Robert C. Culliver and one sister, Mary Jo Willmon. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Phyllis Culliver, of Elk City; one daughter, Erica L. Culliver, of San Diego; three grandchildren, Jason Culliver, Alicia Prince and Justine Blanken and four great-grandsons and three great-granddaughters. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Hot Springs Funeral Home. Celebration of Allan’s life will be on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers will be Steve Watts, Danny Watts, Glenn Echols and Gary Chapman. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens.
