Mildred Bain Meredith, aged 90 years, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012 in Bentonville Arkansas.

Mildred, a former resident to the Hot Springs area, was born March 14, 1921 to Tommy and Luda Lynch in Hot Springs. She worked during her life in Hot Springs and worked with the Senior Companions Program before retiring. She had many dear friends whom she loved.

Mildred is predeceased in death by her parents, several brothers and sisters, and two husbands, David Clarence Bain and Roy Meredith.

Mildred is survived by her loving family, one son, Donnie and daughter-in-law Martha Bain; granddaughter, Janice and her husband David Mensch; grandson, David Charles Bain; two great grandsons, Cody and Troy Stillwell and Troy's wife Danielle; and one great great grandson, Layne "Sunshine" Stillwell all of Rogers, Arkansas; one sister, Louise Sutton of Mt Home, Arkansas; many beloved nieces and nephews.

She will be missed greatly by her family.

Mildred will be cremated and her ashes brought back to Hot Springs for burial to be held 1:00 PM Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Scott Cemetery with Brother Gary Graves officiating.
