Dixie Neitzel Fenwick, 90, of Hot Springs passed Thursday January 26, 2012.  She was born May 25, 1921 to the late Myra Wiffingham Henry and David Henry in Chicago, Illinois.

She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, James Fenwick; one son, Harold “Bud” Neitzel; two grandchildren, Ann Jolly and David Neitzel; her brother and sisters.

Survivors include one son, William (Irma) Neitzel; one daughter, Geri (Bobby) Ewing; seven grandchildren, Margie Hillistad, Joe Neitzel, Chrissy Patman, Patty Ewing, Bobby (Beth) Ewing, Billy Neitzel and Bobby Neitzel; eleven great grandchildren, Brittany Hillistad, Valerie Patman, Jon Patman, Mandy Hillistad, Jessie Patman, Destanie Patman, Brianna Jolly, Ryan Jolly, Briley Ewing, Caden Ewing and Tiffany Neitzel; one great-great grandchild, Addison Hillistad; extended family, Mark Lipnitzky, Shannon Simmons, Nichole Wipkey, Jason Dumann, Dawn Wyatt, Barb & Harv Vitha, Dee King, David Sieh, Teresa Mitchell, Bud Matthews, Kip Narron, Lisa Wyler; many other friends and family.

Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. Jeffrey Tauth, Dr. Randy Hill, Dr. Terri Blackstock, Dr. Neeraj Bharany and Staff of National Park Medial Center Med II.

Visitation will be 3:00 to 5:00 Monday at Hot Springs Funeral Home.  Services will follow at 5:00 with Reverend Shane Robertson officiating.
